Chola is the current Country Operations and Partnerships Coordinator- Southern Africa for Grow Africa. He has strong project management skills in project planning, stakeholder coordination, monitoring and evaluation, proposal writing, project tracking, budget management and reporting gathered over 14 years. He has provided advisory services in value chains such as honey, fish farming, rice, horticulture, soya beans, groundnuts, diary, cassava, maize and inputs.  Chola is an international development expert who has worked in Malawi, Rwanda and Zambia and supports collaboratively agriculture development efforts in Kenya, Mozambique, Tanzania and South Africa. He is currently the Ambassador for the New Vision of Agriculture Transformation under World Economic Forum. He previously served as the convener of the Public Private Stakeholders (PPS) Forum for Sanitary and Phyto-Sanitary (SPS) Development in the honey sector in Zambia and was a national steering committee member for the Southern Africa Bio Diversity Support Programme (SABSP).
